Founders Track
A twelve-month studio for founders building AI-native ventures with a measurable social floor. Fellows leave with a registered company, a revenue or grant pipeline, and a board of mentors.

The Indian Institute of Leadership runs three residential fellowships — for founders, researchers and public servants — plus capstone studios and a policy lab, all in service of an AI-native republic.
The Indian Institute of Leadership is the education wing of AI Social Impact Foundation. We prepare founders, researchers and public servants to lead institutions in a decade where intelligence is abundant and judgement is scarce.
Teaching is residential and cohort-based. Faculty are practitioners — operators, scientists and administrators — and every participant leaves with work that has shipped: a venture, a model, or a policy instrument in the hands of someone who needed it.
Residencies, fellowships and operator-led studios — seminars and fieldwork instead of lecture halls.
Applied capstones: every participant ships a venture, a model or a public-service tool.
Briefings, casework and research that shape how India regulates AI, data and institutions.
IIL is not a business school. It is an operating system for public leadership — where founders, researchers and public servants learn, build and govern together.

For scientists, engineers and scholars turning frontier research into public tools. Access to labs, datasets, compute, and the foundation’s innovation network.
For public servants and policy leaders who must govern an AI-native republic. Seminars, casework and briefings that shape regulation, procurement and delivery.
Every fellow ships work that is used in the real world: a venture, a model, a public-service tool, or a policy instrument adopted by an institution.
The institute’s research engine — rigorous inquiry into how India governs AI, data, platforms and the institutions of the digital republic.
