The programme

Twelve months. Four phases. One measurable outcome.

  1. Phase 01
    Discovery

    Problem framing, evidence review, ecosystem mapping. Weeks 1–8.

  2. Phase 02
    Build

    Prototype, technical residency at the Lab, first pilots. Weeks 9–20.

  3. Phase 03
    Deploy

    Field deployment with government or NGO partners. Weeks 21–36.

  4. Phase 04
    Scale

    Series A readiness, policy alignment, exit into the ecosystem. Weeks 37–52.

Cohort 2026 · applications close 30 April.

Twenty-four ventures will join the fourth cohort. Founders across health, education, agriculture, climate and civic AI are encouraged to apply.
