An operator school for mission-first founders. Practitioner-taught, evidence-led, and unapologetically hands-on — six weeks intensive, then a lifelong alumni community.

The curriculum

Six modules. Twelve faculty. One rigorous cohort.

Modules run in-person at the Bengaluru studio, with weekend residencies across the country to embed with partner organisations.
